Welcome to Clean & Carry. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our website(s), mobile app(s), products, services, and any other online or offline communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CLEAN & CARRY INC. (“Clean & Carry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms we may provide in connection with certain features or services (“Additional Terms”). These Additional Terms are incorporated by reference.
IMPORTANT: If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you may not use our Services.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. If we make changes, we will notify you via our website, email, or other communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Payment
  • Clean & Carry authorizes your card for the pickup and delivery fee at the time of scheduling.
  • Full payment is charged after your service is completed.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of your laundry items.
  • We accept payment via credit card or other methods listed on our website.
If a payment fails, we will reach out to resolve the issue. If payment is not made by the specified date, Clean & Carry reserves the right to send the unpaid balance to a licensed third-party collection agency.
4. Service Policies & Customer Responsibilities Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds are not issued for such delays.

Cancellations
If an order is not canceled before a driver is dispatched, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

Stains & Damage
We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Clean & Carry is not responsible for permanent marks caused by dyes, paint, or chemicals.
5. Driver Safety & Conduct Policy

Our drivers work hard to serve customers on time. Please treat them respectfully. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
  • Yelling, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct
  • Unrelated or personal conversations with drivers
  • Any form of aggressive or threatening behavior

If a customer engages in inappropriate conduct, Clean & Carry reserves the right to:
  • Temporarily pause service
  • Refuse future service
  • Permanently block the account
All such incidents are taken seriously and may be investigated.
6. Minimum Order Policy

For both Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning services, a $30 minimum order applies (excluding service fees). Orders below this threshold will still be charged the minimum amount.
7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Repeated cancellations
  • Abusive behavior
  • Unpaid balances
8. Lost or Damaged Items Policy

While we take great care with your garments, our liability is limited. In the event of a claim:
  • Maximum reimbursement is $20 per item, and $200 per order
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clean & Carry is not responsible for:
  • Items with pre-existing stains
  • Damage from customer mislabeling (e.g., dry-clean-only in Wash & Fold)
  • Non-garment items left in laundry (e.g., keys, headphones)
  • Wear and tear including shrinkage, fading, or broken fasteners
9. Allergy Disclaimer
  • We offer hypoallergenic and fragrance-free detergent options. However, we cannot guarantee full protection against cross-contamination in third-party facilities.
10. No Storage Policy
  • We do not provide long-term storage. If laundry cannot be delivered and we receive no response from the customer within 14 days, items may be donated or discarded.
11. Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. Service Details Delivery Time Adjustments

Delivery times may vary depending on order size and item type. Specialty items may require extended processing. We will notify you in advance if changes are necessary.

Our Operating Model

Clean & Carry is a tech-based platform and does not operate physical storefronts.
We:
  • Do not offer drop-off/pickup locations
  • Only offer pickup and delivery via Clean & Carry drivers
  • Do not disclose the names or locations of our service partners
13. Communication & Data Privacy Customer Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive:
  • Pickup and delivery notifications
  • Customer support messages
  • Marketing and promotional offers
  • You may opt out of promotional messages at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Data Use & Protection
  • We never sell, share, or trade your personal data.
  • Payment information is processed securely via Stripe.
  • We do not store credit card data.
  • You agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for any errors or failures caused by Stripe or other third-party processors. We reserve the right to correct billing issues, even after a payment has been processed.
14. Warranty Disclaimer

Clean & Carry provides services “as is”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including but not limited to:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Continuous availability or error-free experience
15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clean & Carry shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Damages exceeding $200 in total per customer
  • Any issue beyond our reasonable control
16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
