Damaged/Missing Items Protection Plan
At Clean&Carry, we prioritize providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety of your laundry items. While instances of lost or damaged items are extremely rare, we understand the importance of offering protection for peace of mind.
Our Protection Plan follows industry standards set by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. Each laundry order is meticulously tagged and laundered separately from others to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
Please note that while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics. Additionally, 'dry clean only' items included in your laundry are not covered under this plan.
Our Protection Plan covers:
- Missing or damaged items
- Reimbursement of used-value (up to 60% of retail purchase price) up to $25 per item
- Total coverage of up to $200 per order
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
However, it's important to understand that our plan does not cover shrinkage, color bleeding, holes, tears in weak fabrics, damage due to items left in laundry, or any items left behind in laundry. We kindly request that customers empty pockets before pickup to prevent damage from items like lipstick, gum, or pens.
Any reimbursement will be issued in the form of Clean&Carry credits applied to future purchases. Please note that credit issuance is at the discretion of Clean&Carry and may take up to three business days for investigation and processing.
