Check Your Email and Phone
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- When the driver is en route to you, we will send an SMS.
Acceptable Preparation
- Place all your laundry in a closed bag, such as a kitchen trash bag.
- Ensure the bag is completely closed with no clothes visible outside.
- This is how our driver will collect your laundry.
Unacceptable Preparation:
- Do not leave your clothes in an open basket.
- Laundry must be in a bag, not loose or overflowing outside a container.
- Our driver will not pick up your laundry if it's prepared this way.
