  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Pickup Notification : At 5:30 PM, we'll text you a 30-minute ETA window for your pickup.
  • By signing into your account, you can view your order details, track your bags, access exclusive promotions, and more.

  • Ensure the bag is completely closed with no clothes visible outside.
  • This is how our driver will collect your laundry.

  • Do not leave your clothes in an open basket.
  • Laundry must be in a bag, not loose or overflowing outside a container.
  • Our driver will not pick up your laundry if it's prepared this way.

✅ 1. Treat Drivers with Respect

Our drivers work hard to serve your needs on time. Please speak kindly, avoid shouting, and treat them with the same respect you’d expect in return. Aggressive, threatening, or rude behavior is not tolerated.



🚫 2. No Verbal Abuse or Harassment

Yelling at or intimidating our drivers is unacceptable. If a driver feels unsafe or mistreated, we reserve the right to discontinue service to your account. Clean&Carry is built on trust, and we stand by our team.



📱 3. Keep Communication Clear & Purposeful

Contact with drivers should only relate to your laundry pickup or delivery. Please do not initiate unrelated or personal conversations. After delivery, any issues or questions should go through our customer support team—not the driver.



🏡 4. Ensure a Smooth Pickup & Delivery

Help make the process easy by:
    •    Leaving laundry bags in the designated pickup area.
    •    Keeping pets secured.
    •    Making sure any building access instructions are clear in your order notes.



👥 5. We’re All Human

Our drivers are real people, not just a service. They may be someone’s parent, friend, or neighbor. Please treat them with patience and dignity, especially during high-volume days or weather delays.



🚨 Violations & Consequences

If a customer is reported for disrespectful or abusive behavior, Clean&Carry reserves the right to:
    •    Pause service temporarily
    •    Refuse future service
    •    Block the customer account permanently

We document all incidents seriously and may investigate reports before taking action.
