We offer flexible scheduling options for your convenience. You can schedule your pickup for any day that works for you, and we'll come to your door to pick up your laundry.
Yes, once we receive your order, we will send you a text message to confirm the pickup time. Additionally, you will receive a text message when the driver is en route to your location to pick up your laundry.
While we cannot guarantee a specific brand, you can select the general type of detergent you would like. These include:
- Scented: This is our default detergent offering, which provides the traditional scented laundry smell.
- Hypoallergenic: We have several customers who choose hypoallergenic detergent, specifically families with young children, or individuals with sensitive skin.
- Baby detergent
You have the flexibility to choose between our one-time service and our convenient C&C Repeat Plan. Our one-time service offers a single, fixed pricing structure for the laundry service. Meanwhile, the C&C Repeat Plan allows you to schedule recurring services at consistent and predictable pricing. Choose the plan that best fits your needs for a hassle-free laundry experience!
Yes! If you need to change your pickup or delivery time, simply text us and we'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
We offer pick up and delivery services 7 days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm. You can schedule a pickup and delivery time that is convenient for you during our business hours.
No, you do not need to be home. Simply leave your laundry in a clearly visible location, such as your front door or porch, and we will take care of the rest. We will send you a text message when our driver is on the way to pick up your laundry, and another message once it has been picked up.
No way! We never wash or dry your items with anyone else’s.
We are not able to read individual label washing instructions. If you have items needing special care, please bag them separately and include instructions for our launderer.
Your pick up/drop off location should be a safe and secure location where you feel comfortable leaving your personal items. While this is different for everyone, customers often leave their orders at their front door, on their porch, or inside a secure, gated area. Please note that our drivers are not able to enter any privately owned spaces or residences, so they are not able to enter your home, apartment, car, garage, etc.

Yes, you can! During the checkout process, you have the option to select the number of C&C personal laundry bags you require. You can specify the bag quantity according to your needs.
